LegalConsult acts as an intermediary platform connecting users seeking legal advice with independent, verified advocates in India. We do not provide legal advice ourselves, and use of our platform does not create an attorney-client relationship with LegalConsult.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

3. Advocate Verification

While we make reasonable efforts to verify the credentials and Bar Council enrollment of the advocates on our platform, we do not guarantee the outcome of any legal representation or consultation.

4. Limitation of Liability

LegalConsult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or the legal services provided by the independent advocates.
